BURNLEY are waiting to see if Michael Duff will be fit to start at Middlesbrough on Saturday after the defender returned to training following a hamstring injury.
Duff has missed the last three games since limping off against Doncaster and the Clarets will take a cautious approach and check there is no reaction to the injury before deciding if he will be included in the starting line-up at the Riverside.
Ross Wallace is fit after going off in Saturday’s FA Cup loss at Norwich with a knock, while Kieran Trippier returns from a one-match ban.
