RAMSBOTTOM United caretaker manager Paul Williams is hoping his side can take advantage of a change in venue against promotion favourites AFC Fylde.
The fixture is being played at Fylde’s seaside neighbours Squires Gate, as their pitch at Kellamergh Park is being relayed.
“This will be a tough game,” said Williams, “But we have to go there not fearing them, even though they are top of the league.
“One thing that may play into our hands is AFC Fylde are away from home too, so it will be the same for both sides.”
However, the Rams, suffering with injuries, particularly in defence, head to Fylde after back-to-back defeats.
Williams added: “We have to prove to ourselves that we are strong enough because, at the moment, we are not.
“We have to get some stability in the squad but the injuries have not helped us at all.”
