CELEBRATION: Martin Paterson’s push-up
MARTIN Paterson has revealed that Tuesday night’s push-up goal celebration was in tribute to team-mate Ade Akinbiyi.
“Ade is big and powerful and I’ve always joined in with his press-ups and everything he does I copy and do,” said the striker.
“I joined in over in America and have done every day since. We planned it and did it.”
