Rovers will come up against former boss Tony Mowbray when they take on Sunderland in Championship action.

Mowbray took charge at the Stadium of Light back in August following the departure of Alex Neil, who left to join Stoke City.

Rovers enter the game on the back of a 2-1 win against Middlesbrough thanks to Sam Gallagher and a Darragh Lenihan own goal.

Jon Dahl Tomasson’s men are now up to fifth in the Championship table, although they have played a game more than the sides around them.

When and where is the game being played?

The fixture takes place at Ewood Park on Tuesday night with a kick-off time of 8pm. Sunderland are currently ninth in the table and recorded a 2-1 win against Wigan Athletic at the weekend thanks to goals from Elliot Embleton and Dennis Cirkin.
