Darwen picked up their first points of the season on Saturday with an emphatic seven-wicket victory over a weary looking Netherfield.
Darwen won the toss and put the visitors in to bat and the decision reaped early rewards as the young Bhamji put in a superb opening spell taking three for just 17 from his six overs.
His wickets included Netherfield's pro Ferguson who was brilliantly caught behind by Jordan Clarke.
Clarkson then joined in the fun as he had Girdhari plumb LBW for nought to leave Netherfield reeling on 43 for four from just 12 overs.
Hampson and Gareth Cordingley came into the attack and obliterated the remainder of the Netherfield innings as both snapped up three quick wickets bowling Netherfield out for just 51.
Darwen made light work in reaching the required 52 as they knocked the runs off in just 12 overs losing only three wickets in their efforts.
Darwen's Barclays Wealth Lancashire Cup fixture against Colwyn Bay was rained off on Sunday.
