STANLEY boss John Coleman believes a number of Stanley players are playing for their futures in the final five games of the season.
Players including Kenny Arthur, Ian Dunbavin, Phil Edwards, Jay Harris, Mark Roberts, Sean Webb and Shaun Whalley are out of contract in the summer.
And with Coleman promising major surgery to his squad before the start of next season, he said: "I think every time you go onto the pitch you are playing for your future.
"If they (the players) don't realise that, they must be stupid. The pressure is increased on the players because we haven't won in four games and that is just not good enough."
Meanwhile, three Stanley officials are facing FA charges after incidents in games over the Easter weekend.
Coleman has been charged with improper conduct during the match against Chesterfield.
Also assistant Jimmy Bell and physio Ian Liversedge have both been charged with using abusive and/or insulting words during the Bank Holiday Monday game against MK Dons.
All three have until April 11 to respond.
Also, Aswad Thomas has been handed a three-match ban after his sending off against Macclesfield on Saturday.
