Burnley's Icelandic midfielder Joey Gudjonsson was unable to inspire his country to victory in their Euro 2008 qualifying match against Latvia on Saturday.
Gudjonsson played the entire 90 minutes for Iceland in their Group F clash against Latvia, but they were sent spinning to a 4-2 defeat in Rekjavik.
