Burnley and Chelsea say they have settled any issues arising from the clashes at the end of the 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.
Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri was sent off in the closing stages of the match, sparking heated scenes at the final whistle.
The Italian was fined £8,000 on Thursday afternoon after accepting an FA misconduct charge and the clubs have now said the matter is closed.
There had been allegations that the Clarets bench “offended” Sarri with some of the words exchanged late on in the dramatic Premier League meeting.
No further action will be taken however.
“Issues arising between both benches during Monday night’s match have been resolved between the coaches and clubs, and a line has been drawn under the matter,” both clubs said in an identical one-line statement on Thursday night.
