SAINTS boss Justin Holbrook was delighted with the manner of his side's 42-12 win at Castleford.

The unbeaten Super League leaders stretched their winning run to seven matches after a clinical display at the Jungle.

First half tries from Lachlan Coote, Regan Grace and Dom Peyroux gave Saints an 18-0 lead at the break.

And Zeb Taia started the ball rolling in the second half, and he was followed over the whitewash by Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook, Mark Percival, Peyroux's second and Jonny Lomax in a comprehensive performance.

Holbrook said: "I was really impressed with our boys tonight.

"As we all know it is a tough place to come but I thought we turned up and brought our best performance of the year.

"We knew it would have to be but I was really impressed.

"It is hard to single anyone out, which is a good thing as a coach, but everyone did their job and that is why we got the good win that we got.

"I did not expect that result tonight but we are improving and I am seeing that in training and playing and they are getting rewards for it

"It is great for Dom Peyroux get recognition, we know how important he is to us, along with Zeb Taia

"They work so hard at times and can get overlooked at times. They showed that again tonight."
