Rovers made four changes for the game at Birmingham City.
The three players who came off the bench at half time in the Middlesbrough defeat, Ryan Nyambe, Amari’i Bell and Lewis Travis all return to the starting line-up.
The other change sees Richie Smallwood come in to the side.
Derrick Williams misses out through suspension, as he serves the first of a two game ban, with Corry Evans, Adam Armstrong and Ben Brereton the other players to miss out. The trio are all among the substitutes.
Full back Nyambe makes his first Championship start since Boxing Day, while Travis returns to the side after his run of 10 consecutive starts ended against Middlesbrough.
Smallwood returns after missing the Boro defeat, while it’s a straight swap at left back as Bell comes in for Williams.
Joe Rothwell comes back in to the matchday 18 after missing out last weekend for personal reasons.
Rovers: Raya, Nyambe, Rodwell, Mulgrew, Bell, Smallwood, Travis, Bennett, Dack, Reed, Graham
Subs: Leutwiler, Evans, Conway, Rothwell, Armstrong, Brereton, Nuttall
