Rovers beat a recently relegated Premier League side at the weekend in Stoke City, and David Raya is looking to testing themselves against top flight opposition tonight (7.45pm).

Tony Mowbray’s side head to the Vitality Stadium to face Bournemouth with a fourth round place up for grabs.

And while the boss is expected to make changes, 23-year-old Raya s relishing the challenge.

“It’s a really good chance for us to test ourselves against a Premier League side,” said Raya who could be given the nod to continue his run of starting every game this season.

“I think it’s a chance for us to show what we’re capable of.

“I think they will be strong because they lost at the weekend against Burnley 4-0 and don’t play until Monday so it will be a tough game and we will see what happens. But it’s a good chance for us to test ourselves against a Premier League side.

“The main thing is that people have not been playing as much as they would like, they will have the chance to get more minutes and show the gaffer what they are capable of.

“We are going to try and get through and get as many points from the next three league games and see how we are going in to the international break.”
