THE driver of a car that crashed into a bridge was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after providing a positive breath sample.
The driver had to be removed from his blue Ford Escort after it collided with the bridge in Clitheroe Road at 1.30am yesterday.
He was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital with minor injuries and was arrested after discharging himself.
