IN his column about English votes on English matters, Jack Straw stated England would be the loser, and goes on about all the nasty things that would happen if these things went ahead.
Well Mr Straw, you and all your fellow MPs went ahead with devolution with never a thought for England, so if all your schemes are not going to work then we must have an English Parliament. Nothing else is possible in a democracy.
