Dog-lovers will be on the defensive but any attack, whether on a baby, defenceless farm animals or other timid dogs, can be attributed to careless or incapable owners.
Leave it to chance and the canine will revert to its basic instincts. With felines it’s the issue of mealtime and I would not trust a cat anywhere near small birds and rodents.
