AT the recent Extraordinary Meeting of the council I was pleased to hear Coun Mulla’s passionate speech in support of Ivy Street Community Centre.
Unfortunately, as residents served by that centre will confirm, in the first two years that I attended Community Association, PACT and MAPS meetings there, I never saw Coun Mulla.
Only since the last local election have residents seen any Queen’s Park ward councillors; only Ewood ward councillors have given them support.
