AT long last the third lift at Blackburn Royal Hospital has been repaired after several weeks.
Why didn’t the lift engineers check out lifts one and two for the doors failing to close?
It wouldn’t take two minutes to clean out the rubbish in the door tracks, dirt, sweet wrappers and even a paper clip.
It’s not a job for cleaners.
