I AM thoroughly disgusted at the way the WRVS is being treated by Queens Park Hospital, Blackburn (LET June 15).
These volunteers have given great service and comfort for many years, and as their profits go straight back to the hospital, why ask them to pay rent?
If this was a Starbucks coffee house or similar commercial for-profit venture, charging rent would be wholly appropriate, but in this case it is not.
