WITH the economy in a mess, where is the encouragement for investors to save? It would seem this is a privilege for the fat-cat bosses of banks who continue no matter what.
Of course you cannot blame this Government, as they do not accept responsibility for things like that. They just come back and say it is a worldwide issue.
Labour has been in power long enough to have foreseen some of the problems.
