WITH reference to planning councillors considering another food outlet in Darwen at 227 Duckworth Street (LT, May 22).
If this is passed, as it will be, that will be three takeaways out of six shops.
Just the thing Darwen needs to attract tourism, along with the 17 empty market stalls (at the last count) plus empty shops.
