I HAVE tried countless times to report my obvious frustration with my local council and LCC regarding the new car park situated on the M65 for the new Boundary Mill store.

I was unfortunate enough to be stuck in traffic on the M65 for over one hour on Monday dinner time while out of town visitors attempted to get to the new store.

Not only did they use both lanes blocking genuine residents' right of way, to try and attempt their visit, but in doing so blocked the roundabout the Valley and also took up spaces on the Matalan car park, no doubt taking custom away from them.

I live in Trawden and it is difficult enough trying to get home at busy times during the day as it is, but to have my journey delayed further due to the move of the store is unacceptable.

I see that Pendle Borough Council is claiming it isn't their problem and so are LCC.

But one thing is for sure, it is not the fault or responsibility of the people of Colne and surrounding villages who have to put up with this atrocious situation.
