IN the past few weeks I have read a lot of people quoting the Koran about the veil. These people are falling into the same trap as the terrorists by taking extracts and quoting out of context.
I have been a Muslim for the past 30 years and even I can't interpret the Koran.
It takes Muslim scholars more than 10 years to learn to understand Islam and to be able to interpret the Koran. There is reason and rationale behind everything in the Koran, but it's hard to understand it without the help of scholars.
