DIANA Vickers' X Factor dream is over after she was voted off in the semi final tonight.
Her exit means that Eoghan Quigg, Alexandra Burke and all-male group JLS will go through to the final next week.
The 17-year-old Westholme student from Accrington managed to sing about half of Dido's White Flag for her final performance, before the others ran on to the stage and enveloped her in their arms, crying.
She said: "I've absolutely loved it. I've had the time of my life. I've met some amazing people, like little Eoghan.
"I'm going to remember this for the rest of my life. I can't believe this has happened."
Her mentor Cheryl Cole watched her in tears.
She said: "I don't think this is the last we have seen of you. You will be back."
