EAST Lancashire residents facing a squeeze on their money are being targeted by a new charity guide.
The CTP centre, in Whalley Range, Blackburn, has launched a free Worth Learning Guide, which has been created with independent financial expert Jasmine Birtles and Citizens’ Advice.
It aims to help those who are struggling to manage their finances to understand the skills needed to make more of their money.
Graham Whitehead, from learndirect for the North West, said: “From understanding percentages to help working out interest rates or discounts on the high street, to getting the computer know-how to go online and compare prices, learndirect can help people in and around Blackburn get the skills they want.”
