A Pendle estate agents will appear on national TV when they offer advice on the popular BBC series Homes Under The Hammer.
Mulligan and Son Property Emporium has been chosen by show producers Lion TV to give their opinion on a property recently sold at auction.
The home, in Bank House, New Market Street, Colne, was auctioned by Pugh and Co and will feature in an episode in six months’ time.
Liam Mulligan, director of Mulligan and Son, said: “The BBC filming in Colne is terrific for the town itself and as a company it is very hum-bling that they asked us to represent the opinion of estate agents in the area.
“We are really excited about this fantastic opportunity and look forward to our debut.”
Mulligan and Son, based in Albert Road, are the only estate agents who will be featuring on this edition of the programme, which follows investors who purchase properties at auction, with the aim of renovation and potential profit.
The Property Emporium side of the business was established last year after realising the demand to provide a valuation similar to that in the programme to its mortgage customers.
