Quality dance-punk (or whatever you want to call it) isn't hard to come by these days.

This Brooklyn-based group - is everyone in Brooklyn a musician? - is one of many in a genre already crowded by the currently sizzling Klaxons, Hot Chip and the mighty LCD Soundsystem.

Foreign Islands have all of the requisite features to be a part of this scene: synths, guitars and sequencers all mashed up in a discordant art-rock sound.

Fine Dining With The Future is funky, danceable stuff, but Foreign Islands don't yet seem unique enough to warrant special attention.
