A £10 million office development has been opened at the M65 services at Darwen.
Arkwright Court, comprising 61,000sq ft of offices, is expected to create more than 400 jobs.
It was built by Gladman Developments and four buildings have already been sold on the site, which includes a mix of self-contained offices for sale and lease.
