FROM The Beatles to the Spice Girls; from the Kinks to John Travolta; every possible music style you can imagine was on show last week when pupils from St Leonard's C of E Primary School, Langho, put on an end-of-year show.

The audience were also entertained by a live Blind Date show, The Weakest Link featuring some familiar faces, a trip down memory lane with the Marriage of Diana and Charles and scenes from Oliver!'

You might wonder what all these things have in common it's simple, they were all part of the fantastic production 1966 and all that' which was written by members of staff and performed by the junior children as their end of term production.

The children performed with enthusiasm and flair showing off numerous dance routines and comedy sketches.

They played in front of appreciative audiences at both the afternoon and evening performances.

Even Tony Christie would have been proud of their version of Amarillo'!
