A youth project has received new equipment to help it expand.
Groundwork’s Reachout programme, based in Ash Grove, Darwen, was given desks, chairs and cabinets from social welfare charity Recycling Lives.
The furniture was part of 3,000 items surplus to requirements at BAE Systems in Samlesbury.
Reachout provides people aged eight to 25 with the skills and motivation to tackle the issues that affect their health, well-being and personal development.
