A Spring clean-up operation will be launched in Hall Carr, Rawtenstall, on Thursday.
Staff from Green Vale Homes, Rossendale Council and Lancashire Police have teamed up to carry out the clean sweep along with young people for a planting and community litter-pick day.
The event will kick off at 10am at the Scout Hut on Cherry Crescent, Rawtenstall.
Residents and young people can also take part in planting flower pots for the elderly residents of the estate, craft activities and a sunflower growing competition.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
