NEIGHBOURS of a jobless mother-of-13 who has terrorised their street today spoke of their joy after learning she was moving out.

Miss Ellen Morris, 40, now known as Biker, is to move from Duckworth Street, Barrowford, to a private rented house in Sutherland Street, Colne, her teenage son revealed today.

One neighbour in Duckworth Street said the news was "like winning the lottery" and added: "It's fantastic she is moving.

"The children have been abusive, leaving litter and trespassing.

"I feel sorry for the people she is moving near. The problem has not been solved, just moved on."

Miss Morris, who claims £25,000 a year in benefits, was last month given a three-year Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) along with her sons Ryan, 11, and Nathan McKenzie,10, after failing to supervise her children, allowing them to run riot'.

After the hearing at Reedley Magistrates police revealed they had received more than 200 complaints from neighbours about the family in two years.

Miss Morris, who was banned for drink-driving last year, sparked uproar in March when magistrates wiped out nearly £1,900 in fines after she pleaded poverty when she admitted driving while disqualified.

Following her punishment of a further two-year ban and 12-month community order she was back in court one week later for drink-driving.

Earlier this year she was one of the first people in the country to be hit with a maximum 12-month parenting order after she failed to send three of her children to school for six months.

In January, she was fined £700 by Reedley magistrates for 23 offences of playing loud music.

It is not clear what will happen to Miss Morris' house in Barrowford but her son Aaron Mckenzie, 17, who has been living with a friend in the High Causeway after saying his mother threw him out last week, said: "She is moving up to Colne near the Queen's pub.

"I think it's because she has had enough of it around here.

"I don't have anything to do with her any more.

"I came back because mum kept phoning me and I felt sorry for her.

"The situation at home is a mess. She does everything for her boyfriend, gives him money for food and buys his beer.

"I even went in the Army to get away from it all."
