A Blackburn flower firm has been shortlisted for an award which would see them named as the best in the country.
Easthams, Victoria Court, in the town centre, recently entered the National Flower Shop of the year award and has got through the first round of the competition.
The shop has now been given a silver award of excellence, which means it now competes head to head for the gold award the top prize.
The winner of the gold award, organised by the Flower Council of Holland, will be handed £5,000 to invest in their business.
