Valley View Problems
The Haslingden Relay Transmitter for digital TV is causing problems. It keeps going off air, or "freezing" for anything up to twenty minutes. It always seems tp happen about 5pm for some reason. Arqiva technicians who service the transmitter have so far been unable to detect the reasons for the problem. Channel 4 channels are most affected.
