IF WE had more men of Jack Walker's ilk and less of the mealy-mouthed variety, East Lancashire would be a better place. Perhaps Coun Marcus Johnstone (LET, January 25) has copies of Jack Walker's tax returns over the years. If not, I suggest he keeps his mouth firmly closed.
