"BURNLEY Bulldog" Warren Stowe is unlikely to fight later this month after the sudden death of his trainer, Peter McEllhiney.
Stowe was due to meet Greg Scott Briggs of Swaziland in Shaw on February 18.
The bout is still on but Stowe has no appetite to train and is unlikely to return to the gym before the middle of the month.
"Although no decision has been made yet, I don't want to go through with it," said Stowe. "Perhaps I'll be ready for a bout some time in March."
