TOWER block tenants at the centre of an asbestos scare were today promised a full investigation into the danger.
Blackburn council's building director pledged that scientific tests would be carried out to establish whether there was an asbestos risk at St Alban's Court, Blackburn.
Tenants feared deaths at the flats could be linked to asbestos. The previous year 14 people died at the flats in a five-month period.
