IN reply to the deputy manager of Morrison's, Blackburn store (Letters, March 20). She says the use of gloves at the salad bar is 'so important.' But if thats so, why is it, with the present set-up, you are lucky if one in six customers uses a glove.
Morrison's need to replace the sign with one saying 'a glove must be worn.'
