SKILLS, thrills and spills are on offer until May 12 when a Forest Focus Adventure Week offers taster sessions of activities in country parks in Bury. .
Organised by Red Rose Forest the event will offer chances to sail, canoe, windsurf, cycle and orienteer.
Beginners and families are particularly welcome and a small fee is payable for most activities.
At Burrs Activity Centre you can have a go at canoeingwith a canal and river paddle, and orienteering for beginners until May 12. Contact Joanna Firth 764 9649.
