A SAFE containing £2,500 in English and foreign currency was stolen from the presbytery of St Thomas of Canterbury Church, Dentons Green Lane, St Helens, between 4.55 and 5.45pm on Saturday, April 27. Anyone who can help the police with their inquiries can contact the Crime Management Unit at St Helens police station on 0151 777 6050, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
