Razorbacks 8 Bobcats 19: Razorbacks 6 Bobcats 23: PRESTON Bobcats visited Birmingham for a double-header against new team the West Midlands Razorbacks.
In glorious weather Preston took both games in the British Baseball League - behind the pitching of Anthony Howarth and Damian Mullen.
Both sides competed well and the all-round hitting from Bobcats was crowned by a towering home run off the bat of Paul Hirst.
This Sunday Bobcats are at home to Stretford A's in a double-header at Moor Park.
