WOLSTENHOLME Rink plc has appointed Peter James as a non-executive director of the Darwen-based company. Educated at the London School of Economics and a qualified chartered accountant, Mr James has worked for the Scapa Group since 1978, heading their industrial materials division. He is married with two children and lives near Preston.
