GILL Burns swapped her rugby boots for ballet shoes when she attended a Ballet Master Class given by internationally-renowned dancer Wayne Sleep.

The England womens rugby captain, who is also a teacher with the Winburn School of Dance based in Rainford, St Helens and Prescot, attended the class in Queens Drive, Liverpool, through her involvement in the Allied Dancing Association.

She said: "Attending a Master Class by Wayne Sleep is akin to attending a rugby training session taken by my hero Dean Richards!"
