PADDY Ashdown has a nerve saying that the Liberal Democrats are the party of true patriotism.
Their party believes in a federal Europe, with many of the powers of Westminster being transferred to Brussels. If Paddy Ashdown ever became Prime Minister, then the House of Commons would become nothing more than a glorified county council.
