BUSINESSES and organisations are being urged to help reach a second century for East Lancashire.
ELTEC recently announced the 100th local employer to collect the training and staff development award, coinciding with the fifth birthday of the national initiative.
A further 416 East Lancashire organisations are committed to achieving the standard.
"Investing in People is not just about having a structured approach, it is about equipping your staff with the skills to face an increasingly competitive and demanding marketplace," said ELTEC's business development director Harry Buls.
