BURY boxing sensation Ady Lewis will be hoping to take a major step nearer a British title eliminator when he fights for the vacant Central Area Flyweight crown at Tara Sports and Leisure Centre, Shaw this Sunday.

Standing in his way is the experienced Blackpool-based Scot, Louis Veitch, a former holder of the title, and a man who has been trying to get a crack at Lewis for some time.

When he does he could well be in for a shock, for Lewis is without doubt one of the finest prospects in Britain at any weight.

Tremendously strong for his size and carrying a knockout punch in either hand the local lad possesses an outstanding record of ten wins in ten contests with an awesome nine inside the distance.

Veitch, however, is a tough compeititor who knows every trick in the book and he will be confident of bringing Lewis's run to an end.

It's sure to be a terrific spectacle and anyone interested in attending the bout can arrange tickets from Ady Lewis on (0161) 797 3954 or Stuart Andrews on (0161) 763 4211.
