SHOPPERS in Darwen are being treated to a special Darren Day during the run-up to Christmas.
The Darwen Town Centre Association event on Sunday, December 22, will feature live music, face painting, free balloons, carol singers and an appearance by Santa.
Darwen Rotary Club is joining the fun by staging a car boot sale between 11am and 3pm. Anyone wanting to book a £5 stall should ring Eric Smith on 01254 776222 or Shirley Lee on 01254 701273.
