FOLLOWING his joint explanation (Letters, August 12) of the case of the homeless former workmate of Mr Ian Davies, I have written to Councillor Mohammed Khan as I can't accept his picture of a caring Blackburn with Darwen Council.
Dealing with these people is horrendous, as I have found out over the last few months.
Probably because they have little experience of life, they fail to understand that some people are unable to care for themselves.
