THIS year's Lancaster Carnival was a right, big let down. The organisers got a good turn out but it's a hell of a trek on foot to Williamson Park, especially with young children.
When we got there a lot of people were just stood around with nothing to do and I only saw about two or three floats. As we all wandered home I heard a lot of moans and grumbles. It could be good up there but they need to have more attractions and some buses to get everyone up that hill.
