YOU'VE heard the phrase 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper'.

Well now's your chance to learn how to make yourself a right royal brekkie with help from community dietician Stuart Hayton, based at the Royal Preston Hospital.

To mark National Breakfast Week, which finishes on Friday September 18, Stuart has been giving advice about how to get the most from your morning meal.

He is keen to encourage people to eat more folic acid - found in cereals, granary bread, yoghurt and oranges, - for breakfast.

And just to prove he practices what he preaches, Stuart (pictured) tucked into a healthy meal at the hospital's restaurant.
