I READ the short report entitled Sunny Signs Ahead, with utter amazement (Citizen, August 13).
It stated that we are to have three metal structures erected at strategic points to form a gateway to Cleveleys.
Would it not make more sense to spend money on the outside of Thornton Lecture Hall, which is an absolute disgrace.
The facade is in a disgusting state with rubbish strewn all round and the window frames are rotten.
Come on Wyre Borough Council, get your priorities right.
Mrs Bond,
Waring Drive,
Thornton.
