LANCASHIRE Constabulary's three day Operation Bream has drawn to a close with the number of arrests now expected to top 500. Detective Superintendent Colin Maloney, head of Lancashire Major Crime Unit, said the operation had been a great success. "We are still busy collating all the figures and we will not know the final totals until after this weekend. But early indications suggest we will have arrested and questioned more than 500 during the course of the three days."
